Terms of Service | Studio:Blueprint

These Terms of Service are between you and Studio Blueprint AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17227311, ICO registration number C1934305), referred to in these Terms as "we", "us", or "Studio:Blueprint". You can reach us at hello@studioblueprint.uk.

Sections 1 – 2

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or using the Studio:Blueprint platform, you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the updated Terms take effect. If you continue to use the platform after that date, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.

2. The service

Studio:Blueprint is a consulting operating system. It provides diagnostic tools, evidence management, client engagement tracking, and AI-assisted delivery infrastructure for consulting firms and independent consultants.

The platform is a tool that supports your consulting work. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or any other form of regulated professional advice, and we do not guarantee any particular business outcome from using it.

Sections 3 – 4

3. Subscriptions and billing

The platform is offered on four subscription tiers:

Independent: £149 per month
Studio: £299 per month
Practice: £549 per month
Enterprise: £1,499 per month

Annual billing is available on each tier and gives you two months free compared with paying monthly. Current pricing and tier features are published at studioblueprint.uk/pricing.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation works as follows:

Annual subscriptions: cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual term. We do not give refunds part way through an annual term.
Monthly subscriptions: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not give refunds for partial months.

We may change our pricing. If we do, we will give existing subscribers at least 30 days notice before the new pricing applies to them.

4. Free trial and diagnostic products

We may offer free trial access to the platform at our discretion. We may change or withdraw trial access at any time.

Standalone diagnostic products (£59 each) are subject to these Terms and to the Diagnostic Terms at studioblueprint.uk/legal/diagnostic-terms.

Sections 5 – 6

5. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when you create and maintain your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You may hold one account per person, unless your firm holds a team subscription that covers multiple seats.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to:

Violate any applicable law
Process the data of children under 16 without appropriate consent
Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
Resell or sublicence access to the platform itself (white-labelling your own diagnostic output, as described in section 8, is permitted)
Upload content that infringes third party intellectual property
Attempt to circumvent usage limits

Sections 7 – 8

7. Your data and intellectual property

Your methodology, your diagnostic content, your client data, and your firm data remain your intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any of it to us.

You grant Studio Blueprint AI Ltd a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service to you. We do not use it for anything else. In particular:

We do not train AI models on your data.
We do not share your firm data with other customers.

If you close your account, we delete your data within 90 days, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

The platform itself, including its software, design, and underlying infrastructure, remains the intellectual property of Studio Blueprint AI Ltd.

8. White-label use

You may present the diagnostic experience to your own clients under your own brand.

You are responsible for making sure your use of the white-label feature complies with applicable law, including your obligations to tell your clients how their data is processed.

You may not represent that you have built the underlying platform.

Sections 9 – 10

9. Platform availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will give notice of planned maintenance where possible.

We are not liable for losses arising from service interruption.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.

Sections 11 – 12

11. Data processing

Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Agreement, both available at studioblueprint.uk/legal.

For the personal data of your clients that you upload to the platform, you are the data controller and we are a data processor. We process that data only to provide the service to you.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms. We will give you notice where possible. We may act immediately where the law requires it, or where we need to protect the platform or other users.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings in the Cockpit.

Sections 13 – 14

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
